The precision load cell using glass can handle a specific gravity of up to 2.2 with a single load cell. This allows for adjustments to changes in the specific gravity of the process solution without needing to replace the load cell. It employs a currently excellent high-precision sensor that captures specific gravity changes of 0.001. Additionally, the impact on the load cell caused by the inflow of the process solution is suppressed by a digital filter, achieving unprecedented stability and rapid response. This stability and response characteristic, which is unlike anything before, enables the compactness of the measurement container. It also allows for real-time monitoring of changes in process concentration, enabling more accurate feedback control of concentration.
